I'm obsessed with Turbo Kickboxing! I go 4 times a week in addition to Pilates 2 times a week. I only wish my kids could get more exercise! It seems that all they want to do is play on their Xbox. Jen and Barb's "Mom Life" recently had an episode advocating outdoor play for kids.. it is so important!BellaOnline ALERT: Raw URLs are not allowed in these forums for security reasons. I enjoyed Turbo Kick when I tried it. It was definitely fun. Not something I would do on a regular basis but I highly recommend it for anybody who loves aerobics style cardio. Great stuff.

I agree kids need to get out more.

I like swimming and cycling. Of course, they are both warm weather exercises so I don't get as much cardio in the Winter. I like cycling the best because I can tow my daughter in the buggy behind my bike and ride to the park or wherever.

I downloaded Exercise TV's "Cardio Yoga" from iTunes over the weekend and tried it yesterday and today. Wow--It kicks my bootie! It made me work muscles that biking and running don't directly affect. I felt great after both workouts! I think I may need an Advil tomorrow, though . . . wink

Cardio yoga sounds like fun. I love hybrid workouts. Will check that out. Thanks for posting about it.

Hey Vega, keep up the cycling with buggy. That burns some serious calories when you're tugging that kind of weight. When my son was 3 I used to hike carrying him most of the way and it was intense and great for fatloss.
