Are you looking for a computing job? In my latest article I share some of what worked in my recent job search. Anyone have any other hints for IT related job searches?

Hi, Though it's difficult to find a job that meets all of your criteria for satisfaction, getting hired can be even more daunting

In IT, the job market is defiantly showing signs of a turn around (thankfully!) Of course, that doesn't mean that there are jobs in any given area of expertise. For instance, if you've worked with Drupal, apparently there are currently a bunch of people at Drupalcon right now hiring and only a few people look.

I always like an online job in the computing or IT fields.
Working remotely online make it easy and fruitful.
Online jobs also are suitable for the part timers.

I think you have to have the right personality to really do well as a freelancer (online or off.)

There are good online jobs, but also a lot of jobs where they are trying to take advantage of you, so you really have to do your research.

Databit, you should look at the information on becoming a BellaOnline editor, I've found it a really helpful in getting more work, particularly writing work.

What type of job are you looking for? In my experience, most part-time jobs in the computer field that are work from home end up being more hours than initially stated but no more pay. This isn't always the case though.
