So lately my eating has been totally erratic. Some days I don't eat until 2 p.m. other days I eat 6 meals a day, some days I overeat at breakfast and then don't eat again until dinner.

This isn't the first time this has happened but luckily because I make better food choices now than I did 10 years ago when it does I don't gain weight. My main issue is low energy and lack of motivation to do anything.

So what brings something like this on? This actually happens to a lot of clients and the main cause is stress but another cause can be pain. Pain can really wreak havoc on your mental well being which can totally affect your food choices but we're not always aware of this because we're so busy.

If you're eating is erratic due to stress or pain from injuries or poor posture, even emotional turmoil, a massage can really help.

I went in for massage therapy Thur. and my pain went away and my eating has improved.

A massage can really help you let go of tension and pain that's blocking your normal thinking patterns. It also feels really good!

Oh! Thanks for the tip. Never thought of massages as helping that way before.

Women go around taking care of everybody and often ignore their own needs. We need some TLC too from time to time. It's definitely part of a succesful weightloss plan.
