Gwen, I lilke the brag book idea. I think I'll leave the DMV record out in my case. But it is an extra detail that really shows that an emplyment prospect is prepared and takes the organization seriously. Thanks for these suggestions!

I am glad that you like the idea. I hope it catches on as it is very easy to put together and in this economy it can be a great tool that will stand a job seeker out above others.

The reason I put a copy of DMV report in is that companies are expanding there risk model to include data that will prove the honest character of a potential employee. A DMV report can do this the same as a credit check which, hopefully, soon will be banned from employer access.

Many people have been job searching long term and with the economy the way that it is, credit reports may not be as good as they previously were. This could cost a job searcher the job.

I think that companies will require DMV checks in the future if not already. They are just looking to check your honest character.

What do you think about this DMV theory that I have?
