Do you guys have or use foot massagers, to help reduce tension and pain in your feet?

I have a tilting footrest under my desk that I like a lot. It lets me change the angle of my feet so they don't get stuck all day long. It also has little balls on it that I can use to help my feet circulation.

When you feel that your feet are stiffening up, you can try flexing your toes and rotating your ankles. It will help loosen up your stiff joints and muscles.

I don't use foot massagers, but I do sometimes give myself a reflexology massage, which does really make you feel good. Obviously this is difficult if you are in an office, but if you are at home relaxing, you can take your shoes and socks off and give your feet a good all over massage, it's very relaxing. Ros

I have one under the desk that also has a heat component. It's very nice but i keep forgetting to use it. Actually I do not have room for it under my desk (very limited desk space in the RV) so it's a pain to set up and use. Which is too bad.

I have one at home. At the end of the day I treat my feet with really amazing squeezing massages. It is a compact one, fits well in my small room.

Yes I do, but when he's grumpy I don't like him touching my feet LOL! So, I'm going without that foot massage tonight!
