Working backwards, there's some debate over the TSH. I've heard that the American Academy of Clinical Endocrinologists changed the ranges to 0.3 -3.0 which would make you definitely hypo. Though when I checked out www.aace.com

has a lot to say about this. Because your FT4 is also at the bottom end. Maybe you need to up your dose of synthroid, if that's what you're on?
Did you start out hypo, or were you hyper or something else first?
