There are plenty of reason that could act as a cause of the sleeping disorders. The first thing that's required for a sound sleep is a relaxed mind, due to the stress and thoughts that keep coming to our minds we aren't able to sleep. So, our priority is to relax our mind, this could act as a solution in most of the cases. Meditation is the best way to relax you mind and if you like exercise then that could also prove useful. I listen to some soft music just before I go to sleep and this has help me most of the times.
