Check the womens issues thread under politics. I'm a firm believer in loving yourself- allowing yourself to be "human", Anger, if used correctly, is a survival mechanism. What I mean is, do not tolerate abuse from others and do not abuse yourself.
Sounds simple, but if you check out the post I mentioned, you'll see that some of us cannot grasp that concept.
