Hi, My husband is 44+. he wants to do biking as an exercise. Is their any age limitation for biking?

i have cousins who are aged 41 and 44 who still ride the bike :)

My husband bikes. He used to cycle when he was younger but stopped for decades. Recently, at age 50+, he began again and he just loves it.

As long as you can stay up on a bike, wear a helmet and won't break a hip, I'd say go for it at any age!

BTW, 44+ is NOT too old for any form of exercise!

I enjoy biking at age 75, and my ex still rides his bike every day in summer, weather permitting, and he is 85.
Age is just a number, listen to your body and then push it to do a little more.
