We were just recently taste-testing some food at the venue that our daughter will have her wedding reception and on one of our plates came an orchid- The place is really nice- And if a flower or "green" is placed on your plate, it has to be edible. I did not eat the flower, but I thought it to make the presentation of the plate a beautiful one.

Are there many types of orchids, are they all edible?
