I just wrote a cool article about self limiting beliefs and weightloss and the self imposed limitations that prevent weightloss. It lists the steps you need to take to stop believing that you don't deserve to be thin.
If you're frustrated with your weight and you've tried everything and still failed then you should really give this a try. I did this when I was losing weight and it worked for me and has worked for some of my clients too.
It all comes back to what we believe we deserve and if you can learn to like yourself more and believe you deserve all good things in your life, it will help not only your weight, but your health, your relationships and all aspects of your life.
