I was wondering why Stress Management is under the Beauty and Self category when excess stress and anxiety is felt be everyone in all walks of life and in all occupations. Of course, I realise that it has to go somewhere. Probably someone just chose this forum because it is difficult to place as it is so general a subject. Just that Beauty and Self probably gets more women reading it and men get stressed too! Perhaps it should be in Cars and men would see it more. :-)

Taking care of yourself is *integral* in handling your stress. This is exactly where we chose to put stress management, because it is a core part of making your you tend to yourself well.

Men take care of themselves too! The topics in "self" - self development, setting goals, and so on, are things many men excel in. I would venture to say that most books I have on these topics were written by men.

I did have to laugh at the idea of placing it in Cars. hehehe.

So many topics have overlap, and yeah, they do have to go somewhere. :-)

Hi Weifan, interesting comment! After all, they say that driving - especially in traffic - is one of the most stressful experiences. Also, isn't that when the worst side of someone's character emerges?? Joy

Good point on the road rage! And driving can also be Zen and meditative when one is out on the open road. Especially the long highways out in the western US.

Right! That reminds me of something Lisa wrote about the cycle of worry, sorry, worry, sorry...that is being helpful for me to think on. It helps me stop that train.
