What fellow earth creature(s) do you have a close bond with?

I definately feel that what was expressed int his article touches a part of me. I often take walks in nature and I am always alerted to teh trees around me, the earth underfoot and the birds in the trees. I hear the flowing river or stream and feel calm and grounded. I love those times

From a scientific point of view, it is at these times, in nature, that our brainwave frequency is more closely in sync with the earth's own pulse, called the Schumann Resonance. It's pretty neat that one of the ways to find peace is simply to slow our brain activity down to match that of mother earth!

I have a strong connection with the air and the trees. It feels like nature is sending messages to me through the air. I love a strong cool wind. I like to listen to the leaves and branches with my eyes closed laying down on the grass.
