I have a big stack of books to read but right now I am reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: Dawn of the Dreadfuls and I am also reading The Little Giant of Aberdeen County. Both are really good.

I love Karen White and just finished The Girl on Legare Street, a sequel to The House on Tradd Street. Her books are complex, original, and well-written!

Kim - I looked up The House on Tradd Street on Amazon.com, that sounds like a really good book! If you like that you may like Homebody by Orson Scott Card!

I'm reading Brooklyn: A Novel by Colm Toibin. I let my husband read it first, and he's virtually dancing around waiting to talk to me about it.

I'm reading Last Night in Twisted River by John Irving. It is slow going but the descriptions of people, life and times and scenery in New Hampshire can't be beat. I'll stick with it. Thanks for posting this thread.
Before this I read The Shack and it was life-changing for me with its spiritual insights. The story of loss was hard to digest, though.

Currently, I am reading Fugitive : a novel / Margolin, Phillip. I can barely put it down. Apparently, this novel is a sequel, I will read his other books. From the opening sentence, the book takes off fast... I like that.
Earlier, I read the SHACK. OMG!! I have highly recommended and bought this book for friends/family as a gift. I look forward to this book being a movie one day in the near future. It is life altering, or at the very least thought provoking. Believeable characters and story.
With 25 inches of snow this month, so far, I have very little else to do besides ride. LOL
