I think Secrets of the Millionaire mind has to be my favorite. I also like the Abraham books by Ester and Jerry Hicks, although they aren't really money books. They are about enriching your life however.

I am not sure if I can call this a money book, but if I can I recommend Bogle on Mutual Funds: New Perspectives for the Intelligent Investor. The book is written by John Bogle who founded Vanguard financial which manages huge mutual fund families. The book describes definitions of mutual funds, indecis, and bonds. The topic he talks about in the book can be boring, but very helpful.

One of the best and easiest reads that I shared with my husband was David Bach's, Smart Couples Finish Rich. A simple, yet thorough, overview to get you (and your partner) on the right path! Check out my Unemployment Blog: www.activeleisure.wordpress.com

I used to adore the Suze Orman books. but because of her I made some bad financial decisions. Her ideas would only work in a decent economy. So i am a little bitter! :-P

For me, it'll have to be Suze Orman's and T. Harv Eker's books. I think Suze is focuses on survival....but Harv focuses on winning.

I love The Wealthy Pauper and Conversations With Millionaires

The Wealthy Pauper as the title suggests is about a poor, homeless man who becomes a millionaire in 3 years. The book is filled with many lessons and teaches you the mindset of wealth as well as the how-to of making money even if you are starting right from the bottom.

I've done an in-depth review of this book and will be publishing it soon so stay tuned!

Conversations with Millionaires is a transcript of a radio show where Jason Oman interviewed several millionaires. It's a wealth of wisdom and advice and each time I read it I gain something new.

What's ironic about these 'money making books' is that the authors simply get rich themselves teaching people how to make money. THAT is the way to get rich, and the contents of those books end up being mere motivational passages. There are many ways to make money online though

How about the classic, Think and Grow Rich? It's one I come back to and is the foundation for many other books.
