Yes, it will most surely help! Fresh cherries are a source of quercetin, onions are as well, and that is a bioflavonoid that helps reduce swelling, fights infection and is a natural histamine blocker, which all help arthritis along with many other health issues.
The juice may actually contain a higher concentrate of the flavonoids, but you need to watch out for what else is in it. Cherry preserves made without sugar are good to consider, as long as you use them in addition to the juice or fresh cherries when they are available.
Dickinson's or Thayer's Witch Hazel helps a lot sore joints/muscles too. Just rub it on liberally. Thayer's has a choice of scents, but personally I think Dickinson's works best. I love it after a workout or after I've been at the desk way too long!
