There is a new cream or balm out called wrecking balm that is supposed to fade tattoos over time, painlessly and without surgery.

Sorry to edit your post, Vance, but I don't think promoting scams to people is ethical.

To get true FDA approval, you have to have disclose the ingredients. Wreaking Balm goes to great length to state how they can't disclose what's in their product, which means the FDA has never looked at it. That part of their website is a blatant lie.

NO self-removal products have ever been approved by the FDA.

Hey hey... I don't believe in miracles. I would go to a doctor or better yet a dermathologist. I think their advice is the best you can get. See ya...

It's been tried and as the members on the Yahoo Tattoo Removal Support group will testify, all it removes is money from your wallet. Laser is currently the most proven method.

Yup, laser at a dermatologist is the safest option, though I've read elsewhere that you may need more than one treatment sometimes. but, if you're getting it done, safely, at a dermatologist, and can rest assured that you can get it completely removed, more than 1 visit (albeit the extra cost) is well worth it. Keep us posted of your progress! :)
