What alternative medicine have you found that helps alleviate pcos (Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome)symptoms? Especially fatigue, brain fog, acne/oily skin and help aid weight loss?

As far as I know there are no medicines that Conventional Doctors offer to cure PCOS. They will treat for pain and eventually, if they get too big, the surgeons knife will come your way. And even most alterntive doctors are limited... but a few do know about this....

Alternative medicine states that Lugols iodine will be helpful for all kinds of cyst removal. I have been able to remove many cysts with its use although I have not yet tried come to the challenge of ovarian cysts, but a number of cases of fibrocystic breast disease were well treated with lugols iodine.
