I would often toss and turn for an hour or two before falling asleep, even though I am very blessed with working from home and therefore can generally get up and go to sleep when I want to.

Recently though I began hula hooping every day and I also have ramped up my sword exercises. Last night I went up to bed at 9 because I was sort of tired - and fell right asleep! I was rather amazed.

It definitely seems that healthy exercise helps you sleep better!

Plus I woke up after only 8 hours of sleep - often in the past I could sleep for 10 or more hours.
