I love chocolate. I do. But in the weeks after Christmas I find myself recoiling from anything sweet as if were a poison snake. I'll confine my chocolate tooth to a cup of hot cocoa for awhile and reset my appetite. Because every year I vow I will learn the difference between "want" and "need." But then I think--if I'm basically a vegetarian with great blood pressure and cholesterol, is it really so bad? And the answer is ... no. But I'm always looking for healthy chocolate treats so if you know of any...please share.
