BellaOnline Forums Food and Wine Holiday/Seasonal Cooking Persimmon Pudding Anyone?

I went to a friend's house for Thanksgiving and her grandmother made the best persimmon pudding--a dessert I'd never had before. I asked her for the recipe and she said no. NO? There are a ton online of course, but wondered if anyone out there had a favorite recipe for it that they'd share.

Sorry I don't have this recipe BUT I went to the Covered Bridge Festival and the Boy Scouts were selling persimmon pudding. Didn't sound tempting at all...it was delicious. I came home and checked on-line recipes. Then I couldn't persimmons! I could only find dried, in a package. I had forgotten all about persimmon pudding until I read this. I think I'm going to try a little harder to find those persimmons! Linda
