Thanksgiving leftovers are fun at first, but can become too much of a good thing. One way to keep the menu fresh is to serve the leftover turkey with a freshly prepared, side dish. This week on the Healthy Foods website, check out Fried Apples and Carrots Recipe
How about it, readers? What is your leftover strategy? We'd love to discuss ways to disguise turkey or make side dishes appealing at their 2nd or 3rd appearance at the table.
