Anyone have any good ones for cooking a successful thanksgiving dinner?? Something always goes wrong in my house, this year I'm hoping for a smooth holiday.. I found this in my search http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/holidays/videos/index.php anyone else have any good ones?

I bought a fresh turkey this year (rather than a frozen one) and put it in a brine for 12 hours prior to cooking. I actually cooked it to a higher temp than necessary and the turkey was still melt-in-your-mouth moist. I will never use a different method again and I will always use a fresh turkey.
