What are you guys doing to deal with flu season? I'm trying to do everything I can to make sure I don't get the flu since I can't afford to get sick at all! I loved Cold & Flu solutions this website on cold & flu solutions - it has a ton of great ideas but I'm also interested to hear what steps are you guys taking to defend yourself from the flu?

Increase intake of water, increase vitamin C naturally by eating more citrus mainly, and using Dickinson's Witch Hazel as an allover toner when I get out the shower. All good for boosting your immune system and good for your complexion as well.

Stay healthy,

well that is definitely good news to hear the number of H1N! cases is decreasing! Unfortunately I feel like the worst of it still isn't over...another one of my friends is going to the doctor today because she thinks she may have swine flu! I'm planning on keeping hand sanitizer, kleenex anti-viral, and extra vitamins around for the next few months till the weather starts getting better and people around me are getting less sick!

take herbal medicines to take care of flu as they don't have any side effects. I myself is using herbal medicines for a long time and I find it a better option than the synthetic medicines. www.natures-source.com/
