Well if you have the airship go to the list spot called djose highroad (i think) its the spot where your on teh beach where SIN killed all the AlBhed and teh choco riders... Anyways theres a guy by some boxes climb up that and then youll be at mushroom rock road..

you need the airship first go to the beach where the al beled fought sin on the left hand side are some crates clime the crates walk to the screen then follow the path till you reach a opening on the left step on the lift go to the statule and insert the rusty sword [found under the bridge after the calm lands also get yojimbo aeon] touch symbol that appears and hey presto masamune!!!!
