I have a lot of hispanic relations. I hear so much about everything mostly surounding money and who has rights to be here. I understand people dislike change but I also feel like real issues like being strong, effiecincy and we don't complain so much even if we dont feel like we are appreciated or wanted we are thorough and get jobs done. Efficientcy seems to be overlooked and lost in arguements. Sometimes it feels like being lost in a battlefield.

My husband and I are on the road (he flatbeds). We meet all sorts of people and are able to see the runnings of a business.
Recently, one business we visited had made some changes. Where before we would be in and out in less than 40 min. in the past, we were there for over 12 hrs. with only 3 other trucks in front of us.

What changed? Before when it was run efficiently the entire factory was predominantly hispanic. They never stopped working. It ran like clockwork. Now, there is a union. SNAIL - PACE & bad attitude...entitlement showed in every aspect of what they felt they had to go out of their way and do. That company is now going out of business.

Hard work will (once the dust settles) be what rises up. Not entitlement. Entitlement will eventually sink and die out while the rest of the world stays in motion. Hang in there and focus on what you know in your heart to be true. I promise that will prevail
