It's True!
Women are guilty of abusing the hair in various ways. They chemically treat hair, straighten hair, curl hair, process hair, color hair, apply the wrong types of products to the hair, or use the wrong style brush or comb. And certainly many women use harsh hair dryers, curling irons, straightening irons daily. This constant hair abuse leads to dry and brittle hair that is hard to control or maintain. I cannot agree more on this. In the pursuit of beauty, women have become slaves to the salon and all kinds of anti-ageing, beauty-enhancing products... but sometimes, women are overdoing it.

I agree that all the attempts to make hair looking good and over use of cosmetics put extra stress on their natural growth and beauty. As a matter of fact we cant avoid to do the same with hair! But at the same time we can use such diet which carry proteins and vitamins. And some times we can apply some herbal aids to our hair. At least they are a clear symbol in feminine beauty.
