Most ones for sale are really high, but I found this one (link below) that another forum was asking about. Said she was going to try and duplicate it herself. Don't think there is a pattern out there. But will keep looking. Check out this one.
Iforgot how to put in a link so I will just PM you with it. Well that did not work either so I will see if I remember how to put a link in. It is just a picture but pretty clear. Maybe can figure something out with it.
