Sue that sounds fantastic. As soon as I'm back on my feet I'm going to make that. Recipe says it's suppose to separate. Can you be a bit more specific..I'm not a great cook. Does that mean it falls apart easily or will liquids come to the surface and solids stay on the bottom.

Hi Granny....kind of like whey, the liquid separates from the curd. So the pudding will have that separation which will make it a little "runny" I guess that would be the right word. You could change that in a recipe but I liked this original and older recipe....good for this time of year
