I got involved with cancer fund raising after my husband's two year battle with colon cancer. He survived, and now I want to give back to help others......

We can all help the Fight Against Cancer! Just spread the word...Over half a million people died from cancer in the USA last year.

Please help spread the word about cancer fund raising events.

If you have a cancer story, please reply to this thread and share it.

If you know of a Cancer Fundraiser, please reply to this thread and let the world know about it!

Your support is appreciated.... help us spread the word and find a cure!

Let's keep this thread going until a cure is found!

Upcoming & Ongoing Cancer Fund Raisers:

1. Relay for Life Cancer Walk Fundraiser
2. ValueRays Pink Warm Computer Mouse III Cancer Fundraiser

Thank you!

Hi Adelle: Thanks for your support! It's my pleasure to do my part! With the loss of Patrick Swazey this week, the media is once again putting cancer research at its forefront. Yesterday, one of the guest speakers on Larry King said 1500 people die each day from cancer. We need to find a cure. We need money for cancer research. What scares me is the big drug companies preventing a cure so they can sell their drugs.

Let's keep this thread going until a cure is found!

Thank you!

Hi!

The fact remains that scientist word wide never stop in their quest to find better treatments and even cures for various cancers. I've just done a article on nanotechnology for cancer. Quite exciting stuff!!!

But I agree that more money is needed. I've started a 'cause' on facebook called FIGHT CANCER. I have some followers - now I must just get the donation part of it going.......

Yip - let's keep this thread going!!!!!
