Which child star in a horror movie have you been most impressed with? Have any moved you to tears or impressed you beyond belief for their young years?

There is one in "Blade Trinity".

She is Sommerfield's (the blind woman) daughter, Zoe - played by Haili Page.

I love, love, love "Blade Trinity", I really consider it more a scifi/fantasy movie than horror. Yeah, there are vampires - but they are not the typical bete noir version. It is science and action.

A lot of vampire movies seem to be moving in that direction lately.

Stephen - every kid you listed was amazing!

Kirsten Dunst was just ethereal in "Interview with a Vampire" - I can not recal ever seeing a more beautiful child (except for my own daughter of course, LOL!)

But there is one kid who has always sent chills up my spine when I think about his performance in a movie, and that is Miko Hughes who played Gage Creed in "Pet Semetary" when he was only 3. He was a beautiful, sweet looking child, with this angelic, tinkling little voice and he says to his Daddy:

Quote:
First I play with Judd, then Mommy came, and I play with Mommy. We play Daddy! We had a awfully good time! Now, I want to play with Yooooouuuuu!

It still makes me shiver!

Thanks Michelle smile Oh yeah, Miko Hughes was a good little actor, he played Heather Langenkamp's son in 'Wes Craven's New Nightmare' - he was creeppy in that too LOL. More so because his hair was dark, I'm sure he was in a third horror too. I was going to include the boy from the original 'Salems Lot' Lance Kerwin, who played Mark Petrie - maybe I'll do a second list considering there are three here alone I've missed out LOL.
Although, I have to say I think all these actors that I have included were fantastic, especially Kirsten Dunst, Drew Barrymore and Heather O'Rourke.
I adore the character of Claudia, she's my favorite in the entire chronicles from Anne Rice, although I do love Louis too.

I really liked the first Blade movie, they took from the comic book quite a lot - so that was good. I thought Stephen Dorf was amazing and brilliant in his role. I remember Blade Trinity. I liked certain aspects, but there's no way he could've even gone up against Dracula LOL. There was lots of eye candy in that film, everyone was buff, half naked and sweaty LOL. I remember the little girl being a good actor but can't remember her face - the blind mother was good too, although not very responsible.

I watched '30 Days of Night' the other night and was aware of how evil and scary the vamps are in that movie, compared to the huge change for ages of having vampires beautiful and tragic. Which I think started really after 'The Lost Boys' and 'Interview with the Vampire' - I don't really count 'Twilight' as a vampire film, as she threw all the folklore out the window. Has she done the same with the werewolves?
