No, I don't have any nearby. I thought of looking into an online critique group, but haven't found one yet. Thanks

Are you a member of RWA yet? I've found that's often a good way to connect with other romance writers who might not be too far away, or willing to work via the internet.

Not yet. I just read up on the RWA, and I will certainly join. It seems to be a very good tool, I wonder if they have a local chapter in the high desert. I just found an online critique group, and the will be sending me a sample chapter to critique, so we'll see how that goes as well. Thanks for your suggestions. April Dawn

RWA has chapters all over the country, and for those members who aren't near a chapter, they have a number of online chapters as well, some specializing in specific subgenres of romance, and some general.

Ah, this forum system only uses UBB instead of HTML. Let's see. When you click on reply and the reply screen comes up, there are a number of options directly over your reply box. The second from the left is your link creation option. It'll ask you for the link first, then a title for it after you've entered your link, and the system will change it to UBB for you.
