Writer2writer is a good site. Cheryl Wright offers free courses, but unfortunately there is no interaction with her during these courses. Unless you opt for the workshop, for which you must pay, you don't have exercises to do, nor do you receive any feedback.
I have taken several different free courses over the past few years. They have all been good, but lacked something since there was no interaction with the tutor. Even my children, who were homeschooled, had interaction with me and their father, as well as other family members, some of whom were involved with the public school system.
I am thinking about doing an article on all of the free courses that are available for aspiring writers. Some of them are better than others and some people are able to learn well enough without any feedback or interaction. Writer2writer will definitely be one of the sites that is mentioned.

I ran across one last night at
Writing Science Fiction and Fantasy. It looks really interesting, so I'm going to dig into it a bit deeper today.
