First off....Im only 23!!!! Now, I just came off of Celexa....which made me more depressed than before getting on it due to the fact that it KILLED my sex drive!!! Now Im desperate to get it back. Or at least a little something to make me feel noramal again! Ive tried a few different things and even tried natrual things but NOTTA!! Didnt work. I wasnt expecting some kind of miracle and I know it takes time, but still just as numb and desire-less as before. My partner is almsot as frustrated as me because of course he blames himself, but no matter how attracked I am to him, the feelings just not there! So, this is why Im wondering if anyone knows if the one "For Women" is worth the hype it gets "For Men"? Or better yet, if anyone knows of a product or something that does actually help? Ive talked to my Dr. twice now about this low libido issue. He says theres nothing he can do. If he could cure libido problems in women that he'd be a millionaire. I could understand if I was a little older. But again, Im only 23, pretty active and healthy (no major health problems or anything like that), no children.....So surely this isnt normal. Thank you in advance to anyone who can shed some light on my situation. I know Im not the only woman in the world like this! I love how theres so many options for men, but for whatever reason, women are just too dang complicated to figure out! LOL!

Remember linneybaby, if you are coming off an antidepressant (which often has the side effect of low sex drive) then it can take up to a month to clear your system.

Going the product route right now is probably not your best option considering your body is bouncing back from chemical changes.

Also, if you are still suffering frm Depression - then that can impeded the sex drive as well.

Some of the topical ointments, like some of the new KY products are actually pretty good. The best thing for the two of you to do is to probably set aside some time to experiment around and see what works for you now.

And, embarrassing as this may sound- getting to know your own body is well worth the effort. If you know what pleases and excites you, then you can help guide your man during sex to those areas that stimulate you the most.
