Self-esteem affects all of us. Sometimes mine is low, sometimes high, and I can really feel the difference, and see how my own feelings affect other people around me. Does your self-esteem go from high to low a lot? If so, what do you do to change it? Here's one suggestion in my article Self Image - Confidence and Self Esteem Building but I'm sure you may have other things that have worked. What do you do?

It was never high thanks to the parents I have. In the past it existed although it often went away and it never was big but it was completely destroyed many years ago.
