Mine is yoga especially vinyasa yoga. The only issue is it's not the best way to stay lean unless you don't eat much so I either do it at the end of most workout or I practice 1-2 days a week. Lately I've been practicing almost daily. This is probably the reason I've been more relaxed and happy. I don't know what it is about going from plank to low pushup to rockstar that is so fun for me. Yoga is one of the best exercise to improve flexibility, strength and keep your weight in control. I personally love doing yoga.

My favorite workout? Step Aerobics!!!! It gives me a great sweat and makes me feel amazing! I love the choreography and the fact that I get to meet lots of new friends who have similar interests.

Hi, just joined the forum so thought I'd pitch in here and let you know how much I love Spinning! It's a fantastic workout and really gets my heart rate up and burning loads of fat. I do 3 Spinning classes a week at present, 2 of them are high intensity which go for 1 hour and the other one is 45 minutes - still very hard! Kris

I loved spinning a while back too. The gym where I belonged had a super fun instructor and the room was small so he would darken it turn on the techno and even had cool disco lights (don't know how he got those in there).

It was more like a party than a workout! Never found another class like that since I moved away from Texas.

I saw a step class that incorporated a new type of workout called drums alive. They used sticks to play stability balls all while doing fast paced step. It looks so fun. If they have that in your town you gotta try it.
