Boy--this is a tough one!
Artichokes and sprouts are great ingredients for a Mediterranean style salad, but we don't enough ingredients.
So, here's what I've come up with this far.
Breakfast: Ham and Egg Omelet with a side of bacon--possibly with a serving of tofu in the eggs?
Lunch: Baked squash with diced onions, sprouts and artichokes
Snack or dessert: Slow Simmered Apples--fill a sauce pan with about 1/2 cup of water. Peel the apple and place in the water. Simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes, until the apple is nice and soft.
I usually stuff the apples with all kinds of goodies, but in the spirit of the game--I didn't have any goodies to to stuff it with.
