Hahaha...sneak in those veggies Mary! And, you are sooo right, there is always one that will need the extra push with veggies. I found that zucchini breads and such are a great way for kids to eat their veggies too, not a full punch of veggies, but a start.
I just posted a green tomato pie recipe that's pretty sweet, that might be a starter for a veggie group too (or a fruit....depending on how you classify tomatoes!

Another good one is juicing. Jam all those veggies in a juicer with some strawberries....oh yeah!!!
