Hi BB, I liked your article. I didn't know that about caffeine taking a toll on your lips!

I slather Vaseline on every night - I think it's one of the most inexpensive and effective moisturisers around.

My current fave balms are Korres Lip Butter (the guava one) and Too Faced Beauty Balm.

Hi LynnS,
Thanks for your post. I'm glad you like my latest article. Hope you become a regular on the forum and on the Body Care site.

Those are two great products you've mentioned in your post. I've tried everything from Chapstick to Avon Lip Dew. And I still find that Vaseline is one of the best for dry lips.

My solution...Lip balm during the day...Vaseline therapy on my lips at night. Works great!

Sounds interesting and very organic. Never heard of that before. I also use baby oil to soften my lips. A friend of mine swears that Olive Oil does a super job making her lips soft.

I make a sugar scrub every now and then to get rid of chapped lips and it works great! Plus it's cheap and all the ingredients are right in your kitchen!
