Hey all, this is my first post and would like to say "Greetings to all."
I have a question though. I, as many of you I'm sure, am addicted to Vice City! It's quite obvious why. I just started playing it a few days ago, and cannot figure out how to pass this biker gang mission of messing with the man. Just to clarify, it's the one where you have to raise the Chaos Meter, and cause as much damage as possible. I've tried getting all kinds of felony before even starting the mission and then blasting everything with grenades, as well as shooting down choppers with a rocket launcher. For some reason I can't seem to get that meter to full tilt though. Can somebody please enlighten me as to the best way to tackle this mission?

im not aloud to play this game myself but before my parents said no i played it and beat it with my friend at his house and this level was kinda hard. Heres what you do. You put in a code for the tank. and you run around blowing up cars and runing over people. When your wanted level is about level 4 or 5 you will get alot of [censored] onto the choas meter it is really easy this way. Well i dont know if you will use this strategy but i did. Cheating's no fun. Do it the right way. Before starting the mission, get a bunch of molotov cocktails (about 24 or so) outside of the Tacopocalypse, a rocket launcher (at south end of left island) and a 3-4 star wanted rating. Then, walk into Mitch Baker's bar to begin the mission. Then, run up the stairs across the street, toss many, many molotov cocktails onto the cops and pedestrians on the street below, and shoot down helicopters with your rocket launcher. That should do the trick, run into the Skumole Shack to save your game and erase the wanted stars.

I used to play lots of Ghost Recon on my PC, but Vice City has taken over completely. Got a few new games for Christmas, but can't stop playing Vice City. It takes a while for the pace to pick up when you start it, but once it does, it's just mindblowing.

I tried the molotov cocktail and rocket launcer combo, but it doesn't seem to do the trick for me compltely. I may be a complete mongaloid or something, but I'd like to do it without just spawning a tank or something cheap like that.

this is what i did. I didn't cheat, I did this mission twice, one with a tank and one with the ultimate vehichle,a army attack helicopter, I collected 100 packages at the beginning of the game which gave me a huge advantage. You need a cop uniform, walk into the base grab the tank thats in the front and do the mission. this way you can use a tank and not by cheating.

Hmmm, a cop uniform. That sounds handy.

I think I remember the game telling me something about being able to change into a cop outfit, but I can't remember where that was. Would you mind sharing that information? Pretty please? I had one for Cop Land (obviously), but I don't have that outfit on anymore. How do you get it back?
