What's your problem, or question, specifically? Just kill everyone, go to Lance in the warehouse, then jump into the car outside of the warehouse (make sure Lance gets in as well), then drive out and to the hospital. When you leave the junkyard, lots of cars will try and slam into you, so avoid them and hit the gas, they go away after a block or two.
