Hi everyone. I'm writing because I've hit a huge snag in my "buy a dress online to get married in August" plan. Turns out that the majority of the sites on which I've FINALLY found a "special occasion dress" which will fit my 5X voluptuous apple-shaped self and might actually look nice seem to mostly refuse to ship outside the states. Which is leaving me trying to order and ship to my aunt who can then ship to me....but the potential timing issue....and the returns issue... It's made me wake up this morning saying ARGH! And then I found this site. So, my primarily Canadian sistren (is that a word?)....anyone have any ideas for me? Anyone found a site that will ship to Canada and has plus-sized special occasion dresses? There are no options here in the Yukon, unless I could come up with a pattern... I am NOT looking for a wedding dress. Just a simple dress. And you know, universe....I'd sure appreciate the help here! As my fiance says....any dress will likely be better than the option where you come down the lawn-aisle naked. :) K!
