Edge is the most controversial wrestler since Roddy Piper? Have you ever watched the Royal Kangaroos, Vance? They could start a riot by merely walking to the ring. Talk to Piper himself about Lord Jonathan Boyd and see what he tells you about him. The man was evil, arrogant, and had one of the most dangerous gimmick matches in wrestling - the Australian or Kangaroos Death Match.

Edge seems to be the opposite of HHH because he has Vickie Guerrero backing him up in giving him Championship matches whenever he desires them. While HHH could do so with Stephanie McMahon - he rarely needs her backing to get what he wants.

Anyway, I hope Lord Boyd rests in peace. He'll always be fondly remembered by me. I watched many of his matches here in the Pacific Northwest. And I'd say he's more controversial and a better wretler than Edge will EVER be! Cheers!

Yes I know about Jonathan Boyd and that he was also one half of the "Kiwi Sheepherders" in the early 80's when Butch Miller returned to Australia but remember I said controversial since Piper. Heck there were plenty of controversial wrestlers like Killer Kowalski, Captain Lou Albano, Larry Zbyszko, Ric Flair and the Horsemen, Buddy Rogers, Gorgeous George, Adrian Street, The Sheik, the list is relatively endless.

Like Piper, Edge knows how to play on peoples' emotions and how to take advantage of an opponent to win a match.

Good article Vance and can't agree more Edge is certainly one of the top heels at the moment in wrestling..
