Hi everybody!
I posted a new article on the chocolate site - Two Quick Fudge Recipes. I mean they are really quick!
One recipe is 5 Minute Fudge and the other is for Velveeta Cheese Fudge. This Velveeta Fudge was very popular about ten years ago and I think it should make a comeback for all those that didn't get to try it.
You can't taste the cheese at all but WOW - does it ever make a very creamy smooth fudge.

AS AN AUSTRALIAN 2 BARS??????????? HOW MUCH DOES 2 BARS OF BUTTER WEIGH

The butter in the recipe is 2 - quarter pound sticks. In the US each stick of butter is 1/2 cup.

Wow! Chocolate made with Velveeta? I guess that could really add to the creaminess. I'll have to try it.
