Which type of machine do you use for espresso ? Mine is a 6 cup stove top, Baldetti ? I think. It is so old now I have rubbed the name off it but it is the classic shape. I have an old Neapolitan type but I find it a bit messy to use. Trouble is I think I may go to a 12 cup as this is just a little small. I would love one of those big electric Gaggias but I don't think it would get enough use.
