I read the article written by Ms. Sullivan in regards to the Baton Rouge Serial killings where she states that there was another murder in Baton Rouge of a 47 year old woman named Frances Baldwin...(in another paragraph she uses the last name of "Goodwin"). No date was mentioned in the article as to when this was supposed to have occurred. I am confused. Did this murder get solved right away or did it not happen? I never saw anything about it on the news and have done many searches on different websites for that information. Could someone enlighten me? I have emailed Ms. Sullivan, but it was returned to my box as undeliverable. Also, what is the woman's real last name, Baldwin or Goodwin? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
