I was looking out of my window today, thinking about how beautiful the day is and how great it is that the weekend is here. For the millions of unemployed the coming of the weekend signals another week of frantically searching for a job or a depressing week of not hearing back from a single resume submission. It prompted me to write a quick article about taking a mental break.

You are so right! My husband and I thankfully have a project going on most of the time. So, when we are not searching for jobs we are working on the project. It gives us mental rest and something to keep us busy. When the day is over we're tired.
