Welcome to this forum, Sheryl. I hope you return often.

The promise of the Sacred White Buffalo is a story passed down from more than 2000 years ago. It stresses Peace, Harmony and Balance for all Creation on Mother Earth. The return of the White Buffalo fulfills a promise made by White Buffalo Calf Woman.

Here is a link that gives more information:

David is doing well - thank you for asking. Thank you. He's gaining strength each day.

Well....there's more about sycamores....their branches reach out and offer comfort and shelter to all that come close; they have an incredible ability to flourish and grow even in the company of adversity; they are simply beautiful trees. They also can provide relief for the thirsty. The sap that flows through their trunks can be tapped and drunk like water if there is no water available. It is a nurturing tree......the person who said you are like the sycamore must know you well.

Dear Connidee, Thank you so much. He still is a wonderful spirit. We love skunks! The first time I saw a skunk walk across the backyard, I spoke with it. The beautiful skunk stayed there and listened for awhile. I love Matilda. She's big and beautiful. Walk In Balance, Deer

Matilda must be one very happy skunk, Theresa. What a delightful story and what a wonderful thing your late husband did for her.

Dear Phyllis, Thank you so much! There is more to the story of Matilda. She would make lots of noise very early in the morning during various times of the year. When I say she was loud, I mean she was loud! It sounded as though she were coming right through the walls of the house. Whenever this would happen, we would just laugh and say she's renovating her condo. :-) Walk In Balance, Deer

Dear Phyllis and Conni, Thank you both very much. Yes, we were certain she was preparing to have more cute babies. Phyllis, thank you for the link. Conni, although I don't know who David is, I am sending him and you lots of healing blessings. Oh yes, we only saw Matilda and her babies. They were all so adoreable. Walk In Balance, Deer
