That is a very inspiring article, Deanna! Yes definitely I have had dreams that prodded me to get back in touch with friends or to get out biking or walking more. Our dreams are great inspiration to work on things that are important to us!

Thanks Lisa, I absolutely agree! It was a dream that inspired me to get back into eating healthy, and a dream that inspired me to drink water to get rid of headaches! And I think the more we pay attention, the more messages we get

that is very true - your mind starts to say "Hey the person is paying attention" and plus now that you've taken care of a problem (chronic dehydration) the mind can release that worry and go on to addressing something new!
Speaking of which, I am really thirsty! You've inspired me to go get some water!!

Dreaming is a part of living...sometimes we dream in the day...build castles in the air and work hard to achieve that dream...isn't that an action to fulfill this dream?

Absolutely! Dreaming both night and day inspire us to follow leads, listen to guidance, take the next step. I like watching for daytime signs too (as well as dreamtime symbols). I find that they are every bit as helpful (when I pay attention that is LOL).

That's so true Deanna often we are getting TONS of messages from our dreams and the world and we just aren't paying attention to them. It's amazing what we notice when we start to pay attention!
