I had some what of a hard time with the monsters, but I also had the Sisters and they did a lot of good, so make sure you have them. When you're fighting the one that does a final attack even after you've killed him, make sure you've cast Auto-Life on all of your characters if its available. All my characters were pretty leveled up, Auron and Wakka all did 9999 damage with each hit so the battles didn't last long. I also used Bahamut a lot, he usually did 30,000 damage with his overdrive, which kicked [censored]. If you think they need more work go back to the airship and level your characters up some more.
